By accessing or using GigIQ ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
GigIQ is an AI-powered platform that generates and optimizes freelancer profile content for platforms including Fiverr and Upwork. Outputs include gig titles, gig descriptions, profile bios, keyword suggestions, and audit reports. All content is AI-generated and intended as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring all published content complies with the rules of the platform you publish it on.
You must create an account to use GigIQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
GigIQ operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content or run audits. Credit costs per action are shown in the app before each generation. New accounts receive free credits on signup.
Credits are purchased in packs via our payment processor (Paystack). All prices are displayed in USD. Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on credits once they have been purchased, whether used or unused. If you experience a technical error that prevented a generation from completing, contact us at hello@gigiq.net and we will investigate.

The GigIQ platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by GigIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.
AI-generated content produced using your inputs is provided to you for your personal use. You are responsible for how you use it. GigIQ makes no warranty that generated content is original, free from third-party claims, or suitable for any specific purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated content will improve your ranking, increase your orders, or meet any specific performance standard. AI outputs may contain errors and should always be reviewed before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GigIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any remaining credits are forfeited and non-refundable.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email when significant changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
